I have personally created my very own Hybrid Training Program that goes far beyond working out! Just imagine having the perfect blend of Online and Live Personal Training. This means not having time is off the table! You can choose to work out WHERE you want, WHEN you want, for a much LOWER COST! But I am there with you every step of the way. My program contains strength training, conditioning, recovery, nutrition plan, corrective exercise, HIIT, setting realistic goals & habits, form checks, personal tracking, and more! We meet LIVE three times every week for your conditioning, recovery, and HIIT workouts! There are both indoor and outdoor workouts! You follow along on my custom personal training app for your strength training workouts. Again, I write all of my own programs! They are not purchased from an outside source. All workouts come complete with videos, instructions, set & repetition ranges, and rest periods! Everything you would need is in the palm of your hand. There are even supplemental workouts in your app if you have to miss a Live workout. The best thing, beside the low price, is … EVERYONE is capable! The answer is quite simple actually. It is the difference between OVERHEAD and actual VALUE. I am not only a personal trainer, but also hold certifications in nutrition, corrective exercise, and strength & conditioning. I have the qualifications, and experience, to create my own programs. It is rare to have one person with all the certifications I have, so there is no need to pay for multiple professionals. I do it all!

If you are not familiar with me already, you will soon find out that I suffer from a rare eye disease and am legally blind. There is no cure for this disease. There is also no way to improve my vision, meaning I do not drive and have certain limitations on what I am able to do.

Don’t you worry though! My disease only makes me stronger and want to help others even more! There may not be a cure for me, but I promise I can fix your health struggles and give you the BEST version of you!

While I have the education, and experience, to charge tons of money, it was never my goal.
